Modeled in 4 total Pieces and redered in Marmoset.  Can only render one piece at a time in this program but gives the idea of how it looks in game.  Can see it all together in the Maya render and see what the game textures look like here.

Telescope WIP 3d model

Working on my telescope for my final. Not really enough time left in semester to do the base to telescope connection so had to dummy it down and just have to redo that part after the semester.  Prob my biggest complaint about school now is the fact that you don't have time to do good portfolio pieces because you are rushed too much.  Right now I am sitting well under my poly budget I was giving myself of 20k tris because it is supposed to be a hero asset for project dev.  Right now it is is sitting right at 15k tris.

Window Damage sculpt in zbrush


Started the window sculpt for damage around the edges going to have to revisit this because the normal map is baking but when applied it looks like the normals are out of place.  Guessing I am going to have to re-UV the low-poly or split the inside wood from the outside chipped concrete.  But nonetheless this is what I am aiming for around the windows.

Socket and Window for insane asylum

I am my own worse enemy when it comes to modeling spent way too much time on the wall socket but oh well and also started the window and decided for the place a fitting backdrop would be the Shawshank Redemption tree.  Tomorrow will have some telescope updates had to go back to the drawing board on it as i was losing too much shape with my low poly but got xnormal working sexy with my bakes, so tomorrow stand by for an update on that.

Telescope Main body

Small update just figured i should add the main body of the telescope and bolts on the flange to show what I am going for.

Started my day by modeling this portion of the telescope. Going to be a hi-poly for baking on to a single cylinder minus the couplings which i will bake separately with the bolts bellow I I did late this afternoon/evening.

Hi_poly of an insane asylum bed I'm working on for a personal scene. The bars and frame are black iron pipe which i have threaded into joints.  Should be an interesting texture job when i get to the low_poly.

Professor Programs WIP

Something I have been working on for project Dev. Not really enjoying this model but had some fun with the arm on it lol.
And this is the original concept for it. Reason i changed the arms they did not seem functional.
If i get the thumbs up for what i have done next will be doing the eyes mustache and hair then baking to low poly because right now the polycount is pretty out of hand!

Update on the mask I am working on for class. did some more work on the texture. More than likely won't take too much further than this besides making a low poly model and baking the textures to it as its just going to be a prop hanging on a wall mostly unnoticed.
